Meet Kelly

 

Kelly is a licensed massage therapist in the state of Maryland and a graduate of the Community College of Baltimore County's Massage Therapy Program with an additional certification in Integrative Healthcare awarded by the NCBTMB.  Kelly holds a bachelors degree in business management.  She has volunteered hours at the oncology center thru both Medstar and Upper Chesapeake Health Systems, hospice care, and rehabilitative services.    

Kelly's customized sessions integrate Swedish relaxation with light to firm pressure, deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy.  She is also practicing neuromuscular reprogramming (NMR, muslce testing).

Kelly is a certified lymphatics technician (CLT, Vodder Technique, ACOLS) and qualified in manual lymphatic drainage (MLD, Chikly Institute). She has proven experience in rapid tension relief, prenatal massage, and hot stones.

Kelly is passionate about helping others to increase their relaxation and decrease their pain and stress.  She is an advocate for self care and believes that overall wellness combines mind, body and spirit which is applied to each customized session.
